Abstract
Abstract: Based on the extensive literature, the article focuses on human trafficking, threats of force or other forms of coercion, kidnappings, fraud, deception, abuse of power or the use of shocks of the situation, or the use of people to obtain the consent of another person in exchange for payments or interest to use them for hiring, transportation, transfer, concealment or acceptance.
