NATIONAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR COMBATING HUMAN TRAFFICKING (using the example of the Khorezm region)

Abstract

The article analyzes the legal acts of our national legislation on combating human trafficking based on extensive literature. The activities of State bodies engaged in combating human trafficking, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Security Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic missions and consular institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health in this area, pay special attention to the activities of interdepartmental commissions in the republic and regions.
