The study thoroughly explores the role of the Action Strategy (2017–2021) and its logical continuation, the Development Strategy (2022–2026), in the modernization of public administration. Key reform directions — such as redistribution of powers between central and local authorities, digitalization of public services, strengthening the rule of law, enhancing public participation, and ensuring gender equality — are systematically reviewed through specific policy measures. The effectiveness of the reforms is substantiated by improvements in international rankings, the development of parliamentary oversight institutions, citizen appeals to state bodies, and positive shifts in socio-economic indicators. Furthermore, the paper outlines promising directions for combating corruption and strengthening transparency and accountability.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into museum management represents a revolutionary step toward modernizing cultural heritage preservation. In recent years, the growing need to digitize museum collections has become a strategic priority worldwide, including in Uzbekistan.However, many museums in developing countries still rely on manual cataloging methods that are time-consuming and prone to human error. This study proposes an AI-driven system designed to automate the description, classification, and digitization of museum exhibits. By applying image recognition, metadata extraction, and semantic tagging techniques, the research aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of museum documentation processes.The study also examines current digital transformation initiatives in Uzbekistan’s museums and analyzes the challenges of implementing AI-based technologies in cultural institutions.The findings reveal that AI applications can significantly reduce human bias in exhibit documentation, improve data accessibility, and ensure the long-term preservation of cultural heritage. The research contributes to the growing body of literature on digital museology and offers a framework for integrating intelligent technologies into museum practices in Central Asia.

This article provides a comprehensive linguistic and poetic analysis of the system of associations based on paradigmatic relations between words in the poetry of Shavkat Rahmon, a prominent representative of modern Uzbek literature. The study examines how paradigmatic relationships—such as synonymy, antonymy, paronymy, homonymy, hyperonymy, and hyponymy—form associative links that shape poetic meaning and convey philosophical ideas. The research reveals that in Shavkat Rahmon’s poetic discourse, the interaction of lexemes within paradigmatic associations serves as a mechanism for expressing emotional depth, existential reflection, and the poet’s aesthetic worldview. The article also discusses the cognitive and psycholinguistic foundations of associative thinking, emphasizing its role in the creation of individual poetic style. The findings demonstrate that paradigmatic associations in Shavkat Rahmon’s poetry are not only linguistic phenomena but also reflections of the poet’s cultural memory and national consciousness, contributing to the broader understanding of associative linguistics in Uzbek poetic language.

The invention of concrete, the role of aqueducts, oaths, and epigraphy are each interpreted as "criminal texts" of the Roman Empire. MAUSOLEUM OF KUTAIBA IBN MUSLIM (Preliminary result)

The article is devoted to the study of the history of the Fergana Valley in the Middle Ages. The main issue analyzed is how accurate the information about the burial place of the Arab commander Qutayba ibn Muslim is from a historical point of view. The article pays attention to information found in various sources. For example, according to al-Baladhuri (a 9th-century source), his grave is said to be in China, while al-Tabari (10th century) states that it is in Khorasan. Another source, Narshakhi (12th century), indicates that Qutayba ibn Muslim’s grave is in the Fergana Valley. Archaeologist V.A. Shishkin and ethnographer O.A. Sukhareva report about the grave of Qutayba ibn Muslim in Bukhara. However, Sadriddin Aini disagrees with this opinion, emphasizing that the site in Bukhara is not his tomb but rather a memorial place. According to Jamal al-Qarshi, Qutayba ibn Muslim was buried in the ancient cemetery of the village of Kulij. To clarify this information, an archaeological excavation measuring 9x9 meters was carried out on four sides of Qutayba’s supposed mausoleum. As a result, remains of structures built from baked bricks measuring 25x25x4 cm, 26x26x4 cm, and 27x27x5 cm were discovered. Floral tiles and inscriptions found there indicate that the monumental building was constructed between 1185 and 1193. The building was repaired at least three times between the 10th and 15th centuries. Based on many indicators, it is likely that Qutayba ibn Muslim was indeed buried in this mausoleum.

Special attention is given to such components of school culture as leadership style, psychological climate, trust, and orientation toward a shared goal, as well as their impact on the effectiveness of quality management. Based on theoretical models and practical examples, the article analyzes the role of school leaders in shaping a favorable organizational culture and emphasizes the importance of communication and motivation mechanisms within the staff. In conclusion, it is stressed that the development of corporate culture is a strategic factor in improving the quality and outcomes of the educational process.
