Despite extensive reforms implemented in New Uzbekistan, challenges such as inconsistency in judicial practice, delays in case consideration, staff shortages, procedural shortcomings, and threats to judicial independence remain. This article examines these issues and proposes solutions, including ensuring the stability of court decisions, expanding digital justice, strengthening procedural discipline, and enhancing public legal awareness.
