Abstract

This article explores the influence of a school's corporate culture on the management of education quality. Corporate culture is understood as a set of values, norms, traditions, and forms of interaction that shape the internal environment of an educational institution and determine the nature of relationships between students, teachers, and administration. Special attention is given to such components of school culture as leadership style, psychological climate, trust, and orientation toward a shared goal, as well as their impact on the effectiveness of quality management. Based on theoretical models and practical examples, the article analyzes the role of school leaders in shaping a favorable organizational culture and emphasizes the importance of communication and motivation mechanisms within the staff. In conclusion, it is stressed that the development of corporate culture is a strategic factor in improving the quality and outcomes of the educational process.
