UZBEKISTAN – TURKSOY: DEVELOPING CULTURAL DIPLOMACY TO PROMOTE THE GREAT HERITAGE OF THE ANCESTORS
Abstract
This article analyzes Uzbekistan's leading role in cultural cooperation among Turkic countries, particularly its dynamic cultural diplomacy within the framework of TURKSOY and the Organization of Turkic States. Using the example of the art of bards, the paper discusses the restoration of pan-Turkic values, their influence on national identity among youth, and their promotion on the international stage. The significance of the II Forum on Turkic World Culture held in Khiva and other national initiatives are examined within the context of Turkic cultural integration.
