Abstract

The article examines pressing issues in the collaboration between investigators and specialists during preliminary investigations. Legislative shortcomings and factors negatively affecting the effectiveness of cooperation are analyzed. Organizational and tactical errors, such as insufficient time allocation, poor coordination, and unclear regulation of specialists' rights and responsibilities, are highlighted. The article concludes with recommendations for improving interaction between investigators and specialists.
