PROSECUTORIAL CONTROL OVER THE ILLEGAL INTRODUCTION OF POWERFUL DRUGS INTO CIRCULATION

Abstract

The article examines practical measures for regulating the illicit trafficking of potent drugs, strengthening state control in this area, and protecting public health. It analyses legal documents aimed at curbing the illegal circulation of potent drugs in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the role of prosecutorial oversight in enforcing these regulations, and strategic approaches to addressing this issue.
