IMPROVING STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY BASED ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Abstract
This article is called “Improving strategic management of the university based on project management”. The main goal of the research is to study the possibilities of implementing strategic management processes in universities in a more efficient and optimized form through projects.
This study shows the advantages of planning and monitoring the processes of defining the main strategic goals of the university, designing ways to achieve them, and implementing them using the project management methodology. Also, the possibilities of effective distribution of university resources, strengthening cooperation between team members and improving the educational process through project management will be explored.
The results of this research can serve to develop the management system of universities, increase competitiveness and enrich the educational process with innovative approaches. This topic is relevant and is aimed at improving strategic management in educational institutions and training competitive personnel.
