Abstract

This article presents some considerations about the headings of a literary text. The title is the name of the text, its main thesis; it performs nominative, communicative and advertising functions.  Depending on the situation, the title may be in the text with or without illustrations. When there is a photo in addition to the signature, it complements and concretizes the image. In the absence of an illustration, the title also assumes the function of attracting the reader's attention.
