CONCEPT OF PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL NATURE OF THEIR PROTECTION
Abstract
As a result of digitization processes actively entering all spheres of society, as people's lives become easier, it is becoming more difficult to protect individual rights. Especially the large amount of data exchange on the Internet and social networks is considered a serious threat to the protection of personal data. Privacy of personal data is one of the basic constitutional rights of a person. In this article, the concept of personal data, the issue of their protection by the state as basic human rights is analyzed from a scientific and legal point of view, suggestions and recommendations for improving legislation and legal practice are put forward.
