DETERMINATION OF WATER CHANGES IN THE RIVERBED AND FLOW OF THE ZARAFSHAN RIVER BASIN USING MULTISPECTRAL SATELLITES
Abstract
Recently, geographic information systems (GIS) technologies have become increasingly important in the fields of agriculture and water management, including hydrology. This area is critical to understanding the complex processes and interactions involved in water resource management and flood forecasting. General information on how GIS is used in the field of hydrology is also provided.
